Did you also set $sa_kill_level_deflt to something higher? It is set
equal to $sa_tag2_level_deflt by default, which means that no matter
what you set sa_tag2 to, you aren't going to see the tags at that level,
the spam would just get killed.
Hmm, I'll setting the kill level a little higher... see if I see more
spam (wait, why am I doing that! :-) ). Good experiment.
