The gnupg module for squirrelmail has been a thorn in the side of the
package maintainers for some time.  It's been removed in unstable, and
the conflict has been resolved.  Get squirrelmail-1.4.13-r1 and you
shouldn't have the problem, but you won't get gnupg.
