He first says "Keine Berechtigung" and then "Permission denied"?
uh... very strange.

could you show us the output of `ls /dev/null -l`?
Is devfs enabled and built in the kernel? (automounted, too?)

I actually can't think of anything that could lead in such
behaviour..
