-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello,
I've tracked down what seems to be the source of most of my problems since the upgrade, and it seems to be that my inittab references a runlevel that doesn't exist, namely sysinit. According to qpkg both /etc/inittab and /etc/runlevels/boot belong to sys-apps/baselayout, so presumably an /etc/runlevels/sysinit should be in that package too, if it existed. So, my question is; why the inconsistency? Either the runlevel must exist and be in that package, or it doesn't exist, in which case why does inittab refer to it? I've tried reemerging baselayout a couple of times, and etc-update never wants to make any substantial changes to any files. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
