  Bruno,

  I'm really convinced this is a hardware problem.. the 51 degrees celsius on 
the CPU is actually pretty damn hot.. what kind of Heatsink+Fan do you have 
on there? Also, you may want to make sure you have an updated bios from soyo.
And be sure your perfromance settings in the bios are proper ( ram timing, 
FSB) if you had lower CPU temperatures, I'd recommend increasing the voltage 
to the CPU.
