I had problems with a former ISP who had problems with their server mirroring and it bounced messages thinking my mailbox was full.Well I doubt my email was filling up as when I did have problems with my
system I had fetched it via pop on my email program and noticed when I
logged in via the web interface I only was using 1.8M when I had 10M of
space allowed. The only possibly thing otherwise is a few days ago
early morning my isp's server's for a few hours did upgrades. I was
online the whole time and only had issues 2x with falling off line but
as I was also dealing with issues with my server box I can't be sure if
it was my isp or if it was my serverbox.(which has since gone to the
great computer in the sky... it was a cyrix 6x86 p166+ and either it's
cpu or board was going as everything else had been checked or
replaces... so when time allows I'm using a spare p100 to build myself a
new firewall/router)
