You should be able to copy your /root/.mozilla and /root/nsmail (not
sure about this one to be honest, I don't use mozilla mail) to your
/home/whateveryourusernameis/ directory, then 

chown -R yourusername.users .mozilla nsmail

And that's it.

Again, I'm not sure about the ~/nsmail directory, that's where it used
to be (or was it ~/ns_imap or something?).
