Well I tried to do it using a partial version number which didn't seem
to work.  So considering there is the ebuild lists on my drive I simply
typed "locate <package name>" and it came up with all that were on
there...  Then I simple looked either in the ebuild or the package.mask
to see if they were masked and if not used the "emerge =/<package
type>/<package name with partial version number>.*"
