I believe it's a security feature of qmail where it won't deliver mail to
root. You have to setup an alias for root to have it be delivered to another
user. Go to /var/qmail/alias and edit .qmail-root (or create it if it
doesn't exist) to contain &username where username is the username of the
user you want root mail to go to. Not sure if &root works or not.
