A simple 'emerge rsync' should do the trick, but to be guaranteed to get a new copy of the ebuild delete it before syncing up with the official portage tree. If that doesn't work, I can send you a copy of mine that does not give the error yours gave you. -- Alec Berryman <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
