Im trying to record with my PC microphone, Im using a SBLive card with the ALSA drivers: snd-emu10k1 and snd-emu10k1-synth. My soundcard seems to work fine. My mic also works, I can project my voice through my speakers using the mic.
But I cant seem to record the sound. Ive tried using gnome "Sound Recorder" and kde "KRec" but neither work. Is there a command line way to record sound with a microphone? I need to save it as a wav, ogg, or mp3. Thanks --Alex -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
