True, but (a) ESR is usually pretty good about tracing etymologies and
(b) the "intentional typo" is a simpler explanation and common elsewhere
(cf. "pr[o0]n", others that I can't remember off hand).

My bet is that the Swedish chef resemblance is a coincidence.
