Thanks Peter, that's exactly what I needed. Getting older here I guess.
I actually found that info and used it before rebuilding this box. I
tried it in the screen section with the "x" between the values and got
frustrated. The more I learn here the more I appreciate that the group
doesn't chide me for asking dumb questions that I should have ready
answers for.
Does anyone have an idea why I get the seemingly random resolution when
I start a new X session?
