Can you see any mistake here? (file attached)

Maybe I forgot something when I configured my kernel?

First off, the some of the lines appear to be wrapped and others not. You'll want to make sure that, for example, everything from /dev to the second 0 at the end of that line is actually on the same line.

As for your kernel panic, have you set your "root=" value properly in your bootloader, as per the gentoo installation instructions?
