Hello I'm having some weird problems with the internet through eth0. I'm running a gentoo box behind a router connected to a cablemodem from charter. I also have a laptop connected to this router as well as 2 windows machines. I have it setup to use dhcp using dhcpcd. It works and sets itself up so it can access the rest of the network just fine. Unfortunately it can't seem to get any packets to go past the router. I checked the routes with route -n and they all seem to be fine(a link for 0.0.0.0 through eth0 to gateway 192.168.1.1 which is the router). The other machines are all using dhcp too but can access the internet just fine which is why i'm convinced its a problem with the gentoo box. The weird thing though is every now and then, like somewhat randomly itll just work, like it won't work for a half hour or so, and hten itll just start working out of the blue. This doesn't always happen though, and it appears to be completely random. I cannot figure out what is causing this and any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information just ask and I can provide it.
