You added -L between -r and the pid-filename. But -r is the option to
set the pid-file, so spamd used -L as pid-file.
Anyway it's the wrong file to add such parameters. Use the /etc/conf.d
directory insteed.
Add the -L parameter to /etc/conf.d/spamd if you'd like to use it.
