[gentoo-user] Caching service deps

This might be an easy one... just wondering why its hanging on the first 
boot @ caching service deps. I don't think I missed anything in the 
setup guide (except I had to pxe boot this laptop following the 
alternate guide somewhat -- firewire cdrom and no floppy; sony vaio vx89)
