You should probably file a bug.  The problem is nothing recognizes
xemacs-packages-sumo as providing the functionality of all the other
app-xemacs/* packages.

I am thinking though... perhaps we should remove xemacs-packages-sumo
from portage, as we have full xemacs support in app-xemacs/* anyway.
