I think I have the first two in my kernel config.

Also in have

vga=791

in my lilo.config

Do I need to put  0x791 in place of 791?

Also I remember that this time I enabled MTRR. I don't know about MTRR but I have seen this on some forum.

working before with both mouse and keborad. But earlier I have to  
hit keyboard many times to get it detected while booting. 
 
Can someone tell me the correct kernel configuration  for keyborad  
and USB mouse. 
 
Also what about the blank screen while booting.
