Two words: imap! :) Did the same thing a few weeks ago, for 600 MB worth of mails, in one smooth go. Copy all your Outlook folders to an imap mail server, and move everything back into kmail afterwards. There are converter routines out there, but to my knowledge they only work for heavily outdated versions of Outlook, if at all. Ulrich Plate
