as root:
# cd /usr/lib
# fgrep 'libstdc++.la' *

and re-emerge everything that points to:
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i586-pc-linux-gnu/3.2.2/libstdc++.la

-> problem solved :)

there's a bug filed for it:

I had to re-emerge aspell and gtkspell.
