Theofilos> Hi Canek, Hi...
[...] Theofilos> 2. If you use xfs (X font server), did you change Theofilos> the catalog of font directories in the file/etc/X11/fs/config? Theofilos> After changing that execute 'fc-cache -f' and you should be ok. I've already do that; the problem is that playing around with the xfs configuration (that of course I've), only changes the order in which the fonts are loaded. That way, I can't get my Mozilla fonts to be just-right. That's why I want to configure the fonts used by Mozilla by hand; but not only the ones in the Preferences dialog, also the ones in the GUI and in the pages (the instructions from http://www.mozilla.org/unix/customizing.htm haven't worked for me as I want, specially with the input boxes, like the one that appear in Google). Theofilos> 3. To get the system to shutdown you need to have apm support Theofilos> compiled as a module or even better compiled in the kernel. I've it. It used to work; not anymore (and, as far as I remember), I haven't recompile my kernel... Theofilos> Hope that helps! Thanks!
