'qpkg -q ...' gave me the information:

# qpkg -q Imaging-py21
dev-python/Imaging-py21-1.1.3-r1
DEPENDED ON BY:
        net-zope/cmfphoto-0.2

Makes sense, since zope depends on python 2.1 for the moment.
