I was using, both of them, with USB to PS/2 adaptors because I can't type on GRUB with an USB keyboard (is that posible ?).
Some BIOSs have the option to use a USB keyboard, which I believe lets it emulate a PS/2 keyboard. I don't know if this actually works in GRUB, but it certaintly can't hurt.
