That's the link i found for the trailer. And I tried to view the page with mplayerplug-in and it worked fine. It opens up in a new window, perhaps you're just not waiting long enough? If you're going for the low end version is it safe to assume that you're on 56k? perhaps you should check out your network traffic to see if it's actually transfering data.
