Hello,

I am seeing some strange behaviour from XDM recently. For some reason,
if I let XDM log me in and start a session I end up with twm as my
window manager, whilst if I log in at the console and run 'startx' I get
fvwm, as desired.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to correct it? This
happened after a recent update, but since my machine stays up and logged
in for weeks on end I can't tell which update did it. No files in my
home directory which are (as far as I'm aware) relevant have changed in
that time.

Cheers,

Andy
