I know their answer. Patch the kernel. I'm wondering what the Gentoo flow will do for me? If I don't build Alsa in the kernel, will Gentoo not install Alsa applications? (I.e. - will it know Alsa is not installed? maybe not...) -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
