I know very little about selinux, but unless I was building a box were 
security was of absolute importance I wouldn't use it. 

dev-python/python-selinux is marked as unstable.
Easiest way round is
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge portage
Then do your world/system update.
