[gentoo-user] moving gentoo to another partition

When I first installed gentoo, I put it on the last partition of my
drive, using reiserfs on hda7. Now I want to move it to hda5 (formerely
redhat) using ext3 (hda6 is swap by the way)

Is it possible to do this?
