There shouldn't be any major problems in this upgrade. It has all the latest fixes and I haven't encountered any real issues. If you use X over TCP, you'll need to re-enable it after merging. It adds a Synaptics touchpad driver, which allows them to work on 2.6 kernels and adds many features on both 2.4 and 2.6 kernels. There's also a significant number of security fixes and bugfixes. The last significant addition is potential building of the SDK with USE="sdk" or USE="gatos". This will eventually allow us to update individual drivers without rebuilding XFree.
