That's what I assumed, but how does one find the exceptions?  Ie. in
this case I didn't know that mod_ssl needed to be recompiled to make use
of the most recent build of openssl;  the GLSA only addressed openssl.
What else might I have missed?  And in the future, particularly for
security fixes, how does one find out what has static links and thus
needs to be rebuilt?
