I have also no sonsors in gkrellm (2.1.16) but I have the programm /usr/bin/sensors from sys-apps/lm-sensors and this one shows all infos about my sensors (not many an a P2B-DS). So my sensors are working, only gkrellm has problems. Perhaps you can get this programm out of sys-apps/lm-sensors without overwrite all your sensor-modules from 2.6.
