Delete the file from /usr/portage/distfiles and remerge. This is a known issue with the mplayer files. The mplayer team never renames the files when updating (except mplayer itself) and since you already have a file with the same name in /usr/portage/distfiles portage does not download a new one, hence the wrong md5.
