eth0 is wired, eth1 is wireless Actually I thought I had solved the problem when I didn't. At least now with the two separate config files net.eth0 and net.eth1 in /etc/conf.d, the gateway for both devices is set but eth0 (wired) still shows up under ifconfig. Maybe my understanding of ifconfig is wrong, but should eth0 show up under ifconfig if I only configured it but didn't start it? Tom -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
