[gentoo-user] Network driver problem

Hello,   I installed gentoo linux from stage1 and everything was successful. The network was working then (I use e100 driver). Now...I compiled my own kernel from gentoo sources and included the driver as a module but when I try to install it on my machine it gives me errors. I tried compiling again into the kernel but the same error occurs. Any ideas how is that the driver works in installation procedure but not in the actual distro?   Best Regards,    Jure
