I have been unable to make an ext3 boot disk, either from the gentoo-sources
kernel on install or from the bzImage of my recompiled kernel. On boot in
both cases the message is: Loading....... Uncompressing Linux....Ran out of
input data_ _ _ System halted. The images are 1.1mb and made with dd.
Can someone please tell me how to make a boot disk. Thank you.
