that is a likely problem: I had it with wget, suddenly I couldn't download
anymore (and that is problematic while in the middle of an emerge world). I
fixed it by doing a `USE=-ipv6 emerge -u wget`
so try it with `USE=-ipv6 emerge -u mozilla`
