In the UK, there is one called Vogon who have a very good reputation, perhaps they have a branch in your country? It might cost a lot of money, but if the lost data is that important, it is worth it. If you think you might be willing to pay a company to do this, it is important not to mess around too much beforehand - you might just stomp the data and reduce the chances of ever seeing it again.
