If you look at the help for this option, it states "All Riva and Geforce chipsets". BEWARE: If you use the riva chipset option and the nvidia drivers, X will experience problems like lockups and not working correctly. I have GeForce 4 and use the vesa framebuffer without issues. Try vga=0x791. It is a hex base number... - -- Matt http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0x7D81740A -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE/qo47ZosHVX2BdAoRApnJAJ9Orgilj4b8nN+CVwpZM4AQYHfyWACfUIaj KS9VmMPN+OAsCMMW4vuRjEg= =1B9C -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
