The *.diffs.bz2 belong to the distfiles directory (/var/distfiles). The kde-beta-3.2-20031107-ebuilds.tar.bz2 files contain the ebuild. Put them into the portage overlay dir (everything inside the overlay dir in the archive). You have to define it in /etc/make.conf. I have set it to PORTDIR_OVERLAY=/var/overportage Flo > !!!
