Whats the deal with squirrelmail installing into cgi-bin? Is this a change from htdocs as part of the new document root or some unintended consequence?
Is there a fix? It seems on the forums that most of those affected just hack things with symlinks and so on - is there a real fix coming? On an alternative note, grepping for HTTPD_ROOT on two systems finds nothing so where is this variable set? And the desktop guide for squirrelmail is wrong as well (configure is not in "/var/www/localhost") If these are real errors I will bugzilla them as there's nothing there when searching last night..
