Anybody using rndc & the chrooted BIND setup? BIND 9.2.2 from the ebuild
The error is this: exile jnichols # rndc status rndc: connection to remote host closed This may indicate that the remote server is using an older version of the command protocol, this host is not authorized to connect, or the key is invalid. exile jnichols # rndc.key file exists, and is formatted correctly. named.conf is correct. I cannot find anything that would cause this. Yes, I've checked Google. No, I didn't find an answer. I have rndc working just fine on other BIND 9.2.2 boxes but without the chroot environment.
