Ok, I was wrong in some way :). It works now, I mean the compilation. You must 
some stuff to compile as modules: 

CONFIG_ISDN_CAPI=m
CONFIG_ISDN_CAPI_CAPI20=m
CONFIG_ISDN_CAPI_CAPIFS=m
CONFIG_MISDN_DRV=m
CONFIG_MISDN_AVM_FRITZ=y

I used: test11+I4L patch I sent+mISDN latest CVS. Keil also said, that the 
pppdcapi plugin should work. I will try it.
