Seeing that it is a fresh install, it shouldn't matter very much. Portage only
uses the mtime of files when unmerging packages. The worst that could happen
is that, when packages are upgraded, old help files or libraries are left
behind if filenames are changed. If you really want to fix it, run "emerge -e
system" some later before running "emerge sync".
