Whoops, if i didn't make myself clear: i'm responsible for the mess
in my world favorites file, not any gentoo util or script. I had no
problems so far except of misusing portage... that happened because
i'm still missing the absolute all-covering allround GUI tool..
Portage is no doubt a bright star compared to rpm etc., the only
thing i don't like is the fact that package configuration, distro
& information files are scattered around in too many different
directories, a central directory for all and everything would be nice...
