[gentoo-user] kernel 2.6 autoload

Hello,

In kernel 2.4 eepro100 was compiled as module and /etc/init.d/net.eth0 start worked 
perfectly.
But in 2.6 kernel eepro100 as module don't load automatically. why ?

PS:
  gentoo-dev-sources-2.6.0
