I don't understand what you mean here. You simply need to have
shorewall installed on a machine that has two network cards. Eth0
(facing your internet access point) and Eth1 (Faciing your internal
lan)

All other clients internally will be on the ame Eht1 subnetwork and
point to Eth1 as thier default gateway.

This has got to be the most standard setup around. This is very well
documented on Shorewalls site.

I don't know what machine shorewall is intalled on and I have no idea
how your network is setup to include where shorewall fits in. This is
the main reason I didn't understand your question.
