Set up a second ppp peer, then use a combination of pon/poff between accounts.
I've recently changed from dialup to ADSL. All I did was
add /etc/ppp/peers/adsl, and now just 'pon adsl' instead of 'pon fs' for my
dialup account.
You specify the username in the peer script, and add a line
to /etc/ppp/chap-secrets and/or /etc/ppp/pap-secrets like
username * password
