when i began to use gentoo, i remember *sometimes* it happend that
emerge -Up world wanted to downgrade, not very often, a emerge sync
ALWAYS fixed.
but it isnt like that anymore.

now:

why?! why cant it just work, the upgradeonly function. gcc has prevented
me from doing U world for a long time, now that isnt really a problem,
but xmms too, and other stuff wants to get downgraded, like nano!

please help! :)
