No, because non of them are cross-compilers. You need something like 
powerpc-linux-gcc (should be the same name as on the MAC, see "ls 
-l /usr/bin/*gcc" there) on the Athlon, which identifies as "3.3 20030304 
(apple computer, inc. build 1495). So you first need to compile Apple's 
compiler on the athlon machine, configured as a cross-compiler.

Once you have this, you can tell distcc to use this compiler.
